RealRest - Reishi, Valerian and Lemon Balm

Three weeks in and I’m actually waking up without that 2 a.m. brain chatter, which hasn’t happened in years. The mix of valerian and lemon balm with the reishi must be doing something right, and the fact it’s all certified organic makes me feel better about taking it nightly.
