RealRest – Reishi, valeriaana ja sitruunamelissa

Three weeks in and I’m actually waking up without that 2 a.m. brain chatter, which hasn’t happened in years. The mix of valerian and lemon balm with the reishi must be doing something right, and the fact it’s all certified organic makes me feel better about taking it nightly.

I was skeptical about another sleep supplement, but the combination of Reishi with over 25% beta-glucans and lemon balm actually works for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and I wake up feeling rested without that groggy, hungover feeling I've gotten from other things.

My sleep has been noticeably deeper since I started this, which I didn't expect from a mushroom blend. The 25% beta-glucans in the Reishi is why I picked it, and the lemon balm gives it a calming herbal touch that's really working for me.
