Mushroom Hot Chocolate Mix

I’m not usually a hot chocolate person, but this mix is genuinely tasty — the coconut sugar keeps it from being too sweet, and the vanilla comes through nicely. The mushrooms are completely undetectable, which was my biggest worry, and it’s become my evening ritual.
