Amelia L. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about plant-based vitamin D, but these capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve felt more consistent energy during the workday. The mushroom source is a big plus for me, since I avoid animal products.

Jacob ★★★★★

Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which I didn't expect from a capsule. The mushroom source is a nice change since I can't do dairy, and the plant-based angle makes it easy to stick with daily.

Timothy ★★★★★

I've been taking these every morning with my smoothie and it's just such a relief to have a plant-based D that actually feels clean and simple. My skin's been less dry this winter, which I'll take as a small sign it's working.
